1. Grant of Licence

| This Licence Agreement grants you the right
to use, as set forth below, one copy of the version number
and language of the Software identified above. The media
contained within this package may not be copied, reproduced
or distributed to any third party. |

2. Description of Other Rights and Limitations

| Software Transfer. All rights granted under
this Licence Agreement are non-transferable.
Termination. Without prejudice to any other rights, WebCom
Systems may terminate this Licence Agreement if you fail
to comply with the terms and conditions of this Licence
Agreement. In the event of termination, you must destroy
all copies of the Software and all its component parts.
Limitations on Reverse Engineering, Decompilation and
Disassembly. You may not reverse engineer, decompile or
disassemble any of the Software, except and only to the
extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable
law notwithstanding this limitation.
Separation of Components. Each Software product is licenced
as a single product. Its component parts may not be separated
for use on more than one computer.
Rental. You may not rent, lease or lend the Software.

on a single computer provided that you keep the original
solely for backup or archival purposes. |
